- Copyright: Compositional and Lyrical content created by PRODUCER/ENGINEER, which will be on the Masterfile, have to be registered and compensated regarding to swiss copyright law. If wished by both parties an individual amount of percent can be agreed to for each title.
Crediting: ARTIST guarantees PRODUCER/ENGINEER to be credited on all releases (Singles, CDs, Online, Websites, Vinyl incl. pre-releases and snippets in the internet) of all the created recordings: produced by AuraAudio (auraaudiomusic.com)
Album-, EP and/or Single-CD Backcover/Inlay Producer-Credit: produced by AuraAudio (auraaudiomusic.com) PRODUCER/ENGINEER will get a File to proof read from ARTIST before the printing of any PrintMedia. Furthermore the ARTIST guarantees PRODUCER/ENGINEER to be named in Press texts, promo materialien and interviews.
- Producer and Artist acknowledge and agree that this agreement between them may not cover every situation and circumstance that may arise in the future concerning the project. In such event, Producer and Artist agree to discuss and negotiate any such situation or circumstance in good faith, toward the goal of reaching a mutually satisfactory resolution thereof, consistent with the spirit and intent of this agreement. Producer and Artist agree to submit any dispute between them that cannot be resolved by good faith will be proceed by the arbitration department of Sankt Gallen, Switzerland (Legal Domicile)
