1. Credit

Licensee agrees to credit the Licensor as producer and songwriter
of the Composition in a reasonable and industry-standard manner,
where technically applicable.

Such credit shall include:

• Digital audio releases (DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.):
Producer and songwriter credit under the name:
“{AuraAudio}”

• Video platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo):
Written credit in the video description in the following format:
“Produced by {AuraAudio}”

Credits are not required to be included in track titles or artist
name fields unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Failure to provide proper credit shall constitute a material breach
of this agreement. Upon notice, Licensee agrees to correct such
credit in a reasonable timeframe. Correction of credit shall fully
cure such breach without affecting the validity of this license.

2. Audio Samples

Licensor may use third-party audio samples and sound recordings
in the creation of the Composition. Licensee acknowledges that
any required clearance of third-party samples used in the final
Master Recording incorporating the Composition shall be the sole
responsibility of the Licensee.

Licensor makes no representation or warranty that the Composition
is free from third-party sample claims.

3. No Implied Promotion.

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as an obligation
for the Licensee to promote the Licensor, link to any profiles,
or provide clickable attribution beyond the credit requirements
expressly stated herein.

4. Producer Name

For all credits required under this agreement, the producer name
shall appear exactly as:
“{AuraAudio}”
